Website Terms and Conditions

Last updated: 26 July 2026

1. About these Terms and Conditions

These Website Terms and Conditions govern your access to and use of the Warranty Finder website, including its online quote tools, comparison results, product pages, forms, checkout facilities and related services.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, you should not use the website or submit information through its forms.

These Terms and Conditions relate to use of the Warranty Finder website. They do not replace the Product Disclosure Statement, Financial Services Guide, Target Market Determination, warranty schedule or other terms applying to a warranty product.

2. About Warranty Finder

Warranty Finder is a registered business name of:

The Trustee for Lyncol Unit Trust
ABN: 46 857 651 231
Authorised Representative Number: 1270114

In these Terms and Conditions, “Warranty Finder”, “we”, “our” and “us” refer to The Trustee for Lyncol Unit Trust trading as Warranty Finder.

Warranty Finder operates an online service through which customers can obtain general information, request indicative quotes, view eligible warranty options and apply to purchase selected warranty products.

3. Warranty Finder’s authorised-agent role

Warranty Finder is an authorised representative and agent of:

Integrity Car Care Pty Ltd
ABN: 58 056 621 893
Australian Financial Services Licence: 247069

Warranty Finder is authorised to offer and arrange eligible Integrity warranty products on Integrity’s behalf.

Warranty Finder is not the issuer of an Integrity warranty and does not make the final decision to accept an application, issue a warranty or approve a claim.

Integrity is responsible for issuing and administering its warranty products and considering claims in accordance with the applicable warranty terms.

A reference on this website to “our warranties”, “Warranty Finder warranties” or similar wording means warranty products made available through Warranty Finder. It does not mean that Warranty Finder is the product issuer.

4. General information only

Information available through this website is general information only.

It does not take into account your individual objectives, financial situation, needs, circumstances or risk preferences.

Warranty Finder may provide factual information about matters such as:

  • available warranty products;

  • warranty periods;

  • vehicle or asset eligibility;

  • listed components;

  • maximum claim limits;

  • additional benefits;

  • exclusions;

  • servicing requirements;

  • product pricing; and

  • application procedures.

Unless expressly stated otherwise, this information does not constitute personal financial advice, legal advice, mechanical advice or a recommendation that a particular warranty is suitable for you.

You should consider the applicable Product Disclosure Statement and other product documents before making a decision.

5. Online quotes are indicative only

Any quote, price, comparison, product result, eligibility result or warranty option displayed through the website is indicative only.

An online quote:

  • is not an offer by Warranty Finder or Integrity to provide a warranty;

  • is not an acceptance of your application;

  • does not create a binding contract;

  • is not a warranty certificate, warranty schedule or cover note;

  • does not confirm that your vehicle or asset is eligible;

  • does not guarantee that the displayed price will be accepted;

  • does not mean that warranty cover has commenced; and

  • does not guarantee that any future claim will be approved.

Submitting a quote request, selecting a product, completing an online application, electronically signing a form or making a payment does not, by itself, mean that a warranty has been accepted or issued.

6. How online quote information is generated

Information displayed through the online quote system is generated using the information entered by you or on your behalf.

This may include information about:

  • the type of vehicle or asset;

  • make and model;

  • build year;

  • kilometres travelled or operating hours;

  • fuel or power type;

  • purchase method;

  • intended use;

  • current warranty status;

  • warranty term;

  • preferred cover level; and

  • other eligibility information requested through the website.

The quote system may compare the information entered against current product rules, pricing tables and eligibility criteria.

Warranty Finder generally relies on the information entered into the website without independently verifying it at the initial quote stage.

A quote may therefore be incomplete, inaccurate or unavailable where the information entered is incorrect, incomplete, out of date or does not accurately describe the vehicle, asset or proposed warranty holder.

7. Your responsibility for information entered

You must ensure that all information provided through the website is accurate, complete, current and not misleading.

You must not:

  • provide false or misleading information;

  • intentionally omit information relevant to product eligibility;

  • incorrectly describe a vehicle or asset;

  • submit information without the authority of the person concerned;

  • impersonate another person;

  • alter an odometer or operating-hours reading;

  • misrepresent how an asset is used; or

  • submit an application for an asset in which you have no lawful interest.

You should carefully check all information before submitting a quote request or application.

You must notify Warranty Finder promptly if information changes or if you discover that information previously submitted was incorrect.

Incorrect or incomplete information may:

  • produce an inaccurate quote;

  • affect the products displayed;

  • change the quoted price;

  • affect product eligibility;

  • delay the application;

  • result in the application being declined;

  • require a replacement quote; or

  • affect the warranty in accordance with its terms and applicable law.

8. Verification of information

Warranty Finder or Integrity may request further information before a warranty is accepted or issued.

This may include:

  • proof of identity;

  • proof of ownership or purchase;

  • registration information;

  • vehicle identification or chassis details;

  • odometer or operating-hour evidence;

  • service and maintenance records;

  • inspection reports;

  • purchase invoices;

  • existing warranty details;

  • photographs; or

  • other information reasonably required to confirm eligibility.

The information entered through the website may be compared with documents or information provided later.

Where there is a discrepancy, the quote may be amended, withdrawn or referred for further assessment.

9. Warranty acceptance and commencement

A warranty is only accepted when the applicable warranty issuer has:

  1. received the required application information;

  2. completed any required eligibility checks;

  3. accepted the application;

  4. received or approved the required payment arrangement; and

  5. issued written confirmation, such as a warranty schedule, warranty certificate or other formal confirmation of acceptance.

Warranty cover does not commence merely because:

  • an online quote is displayed;

  • a product is added to a shopping cart;

  • an application form is submitted;

  • an electronic signature is provided;

  • a payment is attempted; or

  • an automated email is received confirming that information has been submitted.

The actual commencement date will be the date stated in the warranty schedule or other formal product documentation.

You should not rely on the existence of warranty cover until you have received and checked the formal confirmation of acceptance.

10. Quote validity and changes

An indicative quote may include an expiry date or stated validity period.

Any validity period applies only to the quoted information and does not guarantee acceptance of the warranty application.

Before a warranty is accepted, the quote may change because of:

  • corrected or additional information;

  • changes to the vehicle or asset;

  • revised eligibility criteria;

  • changes to product availability;

  • updated pricing;

  • changes to taxes, fees or payment charges;

  • changes to product terms;

  • the expiry of the quote; or

  • an error in the original calculation or display.

Where reasonably practicable, Warranty Finder will provide updated information before you complete the purchase.

11. Website calculations and automated results

The website may use automated calculations, filtering rules, conditional logic and product-matching systems.

These systems are intended to help identify potentially available products based on the information entered.

Automated results are not a final eligibility assessment and should not be treated as a guarantee that:

  • a warranty is available;

  • the displayed product is appropriate for you;

  • all relevant exclusions have been identified;

  • the quote is free from errors; or

  • the application will be accepted.

You remain responsible for reviewing the applicable product documents and checking that the information shown is correct.

12. Product documents take priority

Before purchasing a warranty, you should read the current:

  • Financial Services Guide;

  • Product Disclosure Statement;

  • Target Market Determination;

  • warranty schedule;

  • application declaration;

  • payment terms; and

  • any other document provided in connection with the product.

Website content, advertisements, comparison tables, summaries, frequently asked questions, brochures and quote results are provided as general summaries.

If there is any inconsistency between information on the website and the formal product documents, the formal product documents will apply to the extent of the inconsistency.

Your warranty schedule will contain information specific to your purchase, including the covered vehicle or asset, warranty term, commencement date, expiry date and selected cover level.

13. Product eligibility and availability

Warranty products are subject to eligibility criteria.

Eligibility may depend on factors including:

  • asset type;

  • make and model;

  • age;

  • kilometres or operating hours;

  • purchase method;

  • existing warranty status;

  • condition;

  • modifications;

  • service history;

  • location;

  • personal or commercial use; and

  • other criteria set by the product issuer.

The presence of a product on the website does not mean that it is available for every customer, vehicle or asset.

Warranty Finder may add, remove, suspend or change products displayed on the website without prior notice.

14. Prices and payments

Unless otherwise stated, prices displayed on the website are in Australian dollars.

Prices may include or exclude particular fees, taxes, roadside assistance products, optional benefits or payment-plan charges. The checkout page and applicable product documentation should be reviewed for the total amount payable.

Payment may be processed through a third-party payment gateway, instalment provider or financial institution.

Warranty Finder does not control the availability, security requirements, transaction limits or approval decisions of third-party payment providers.

A transaction is not complete until the payment has been successfully processed and the warranty application has been accepted.

If a price is displayed incorrectly because of a technical, administrative or data-entry error, Warranty Finder may correct the price before the warranty is accepted. You will be given the opportunity to proceed at the corrected price or withdraw the application.

15. Cancellations, cooling-off periods and refunds

Cancellation, cooling-off and refund rights are governed by:

  • the applicable Product Disclosure Statement;

  • the warranty schedule;

  • the payment provider’s terms;

  • the Australian Consumer Law; and

  • any other applicable legislation.

The submission of a cancellation request does not automatically mean that a full refund is available.

Any refund may depend on matters such as:

  • the date of the request;

  • whether the cooling-off period has expired;

  • whether the warranty has commenced;

  • whether a claim has been made;

  • the applicable cancellation terms;

  • administrative charges permitted under the product terms; and

  • the method used to pay for the warranty.

Contact Warranty Finder for assistance with a cancellation request.

16. Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, condition, warranty, right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law or other applicable legislation.

Consumer guarantees are separate from an extended warranty and arise automatically where the Australian Consumer Law applies.

An extended warranty provides benefits in addition to rights and remedies that may already be available under the Australian Consumer Law.

17. Contact following a quote or application

When you submit a quote request, enquiry, application or checkout form, you authorise Warranty Finder to contact you about that request.

We may contact you to:

  • confirm information entered through the website;

  • request additional information;

  • explain available warranty options;

  • correct an apparent error;

  • provide product documents;

  • assist with the application;

  • confirm payment or acceptance; or

  • respond to your enquiry.

Contact may occur by telephone, email, SMS or another method using the details you provide.

Marketing communications will be managed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable communications laws. You may withdraw from marketing communications using the unsubscribe method provided.

18. Electronic communications

You agree that documents and communications may be provided electronically, including by:

  • email;

  • SMS;

  • secure electronic link;

  • website download;

  • online account;

  • electronic signature platform; or

  • another electronic method.

You are responsible for providing a current email address and telephone number and for checking communications sent to those details.

You should retain copies of your quote, application, Product Disclosure Statement, Financial Services Guide, warranty schedule, payment confirmation and other important documents.

19. Privacy

Personal information submitted through the website will be handled in accordance with the Warranty Finder Privacy Policy and any collection notice displayed with the relevant form.

Information may be disclosed to Integrity, payment providers, warranty administrators and other service providers where reasonably required to prepare a quote, assess eligibility, arrange a warranty, process payment or provide related services.

You should read the Privacy Policy before submitting personal information.

20. Permitted use of the website

You may use the website only for lawful personal or legitimate business purposes.

You must not:

  • use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • interfere with the operation or security of the website;

  • attempt to gain unauthorised access to any system or account;

  • upload malicious code, viruses or harmful material;

  • use automated tools to scrape, copy or extract website content without permission;

  • submit excessive or repetitive requests that disrupt the service;

  • copy the website or create a misleading imitation;

  • use website content to misrepresent a relationship with Warranty Finder or Integrity;

  • infringe another person’s intellectual property or privacy rights; or

  • use the website in a way that may damage Warranty Finder’s reputation or systems.

Warranty Finder may restrict or block access where it reasonably suspects misuse, unlawful activity or a security threat.

21. Accounts and login details

Where the website allows you to create an account, you are responsible for:

  • keeping your login details secure;

  • preventing unauthorised access;

  • ensuring account information remains accurate; and

  • notifying us promptly of suspected unauthorised use.

Warranty Finder is not responsible for activity conducted through your account where that activity resulted from your failure to reasonably secure your login details.

22. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its content are owned by or licensed to Warranty Finder.

This includes:

  • business names and logos;

  • website design;

  • text and written content;

  • graphics and icons;

  • photographs and videos;

  • quote-system layouts;

  • databases;

  • software;

  • downloadable documents; and

  • other website materials.

You may view, download or print website content for your personal use when considering or managing a warranty.

You must not reproduce, republish, modify, sell, licence, distribute or commercially exploit website content without prior written permission, except where permitted by law.

Product names, logos and documents belonging to Integrity or another third party remain the property of their respective owners.

23. Third-party websites and services

The website may contain links to or integrate with third-party websites and services, including:

  • Integrity;

  • payment gateways;

  • instalment providers;

  • electronic signature platforms;

  • roadside assistance providers;

  • social media services; and

  • other external providers.

Third-party services may have their own terms, privacy policies and security practices.

Warranty Finder does not control external websites and is not responsible for their availability, content, accuracy or privacy practices.

A link does not necessarily constitute an endorsement of all content or services provided by the third party.

24. Website accuracy and availability

Warranty Finder takes reasonable steps to maintain accurate and current website information.

However, we do not guarantee that:

  • every page will always be accurate or complete;

  • all products will remain available;

  • prices will never contain an error;

  • the website will operate without interruption;

  • the website will be free from technical faults;

  • all links will remain active; or

  • the website will be free from viruses or other harmful material.

Website access may be interrupted for maintenance, security, updates or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

You should use appropriate security software and take reasonable precautions when accessing any website.

25. Limitation of liability

Nothing in this section limits any liability or right that cannot lawfully be limited or excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, Warranty Finder is not liable for loss arising solely from:

  • reliance on an indicative online quote as though it were an accepted warranty;

  • inaccurate information entered by you or on your behalf;

  • a warranty application being declined;

  • a product becoming unavailable before acceptance;

  • an interruption or technical error affecting the website;

  • unauthorised access resulting from your failure to protect account details;

  • the acts or omissions of an independent third-party website or service provider; or

  • repairs being authorised before the applicable claims process has been followed.

To the extent permitted by law, Warranty Finder will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential loss arising from use of the website.

This limitation does not apply where the loss was caused by Warranty Finder’s fraud, wilful misconduct, breach of a non-excludable consumer guarantee or other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

26. Suspension or termination of access

Warranty Finder may suspend, restrict or terminate access to the website where reasonably necessary to:

  • protect the website or its users;

  • investigate suspected fraud;

  • address a security threat;

  • prevent unlawful activity;

  • enforce these Terms and Conditions; or

  • complete maintenance or system changes.

Termination of website access does not alter any rights or obligations arising under an accepted warranty.

27. Changes to the website

Warranty Finder may change:

  • website content;

  • page layouts;

  • quote questions;

  • product filters;

  • available features;

  • prices;

  • product listings; and

  • website functionality.

Changes may be made without prior notice.

Changes to a formally accepted warranty will be governed by the applicable product terms and law, rather than these website Terms and Conditions.

28. Changes to these Terms and Conditions

Warranty Finder may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The current version will be published on the website with its latest update date.

Your continued use of the website after updated terms are published constitutes acceptance of the revised terms for future website use.

Changes to these Website Terms and Conditions do not retrospectively change an accepted warranty contract.

29. Severability

If any part of these Terms and Conditions is found to be invalid, unlawful or unenforceable, that part will be read down or removed to the minimum extent required.

The remaining provisions will continue to operate.

30. No waiver

A failure or delay by Warranty Finder in enforcing a provision of these Terms and Conditions does not waive its right to enforce that provision later.

31. Governing law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of New South Wales and the Commonwealth of Australia.

You submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts and tribunals of New South Wales and any courts entitled to hear appeals from them.

Nothing in this section prevents you from exercising a right available under the consumer laws of another Australian state or territory.

Important notice

Online quotes and comparison results are indicative only and are generated from the information entered by the website user.

They do not constitute an offer, acceptance or confirmation of warranty cover.

Warranty cover only applies after the application has been accepted by the warranty issuer and written confirmation of cover has been issued.

Before making a decision, read the applicable Product Disclosure Statement, Financial Services Guide, Target Market Determination and warranty schedule.
