SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
To maintain your Warranty, you are required to service your Truck in accordance with the Truck Manufacturer’s directions and recommendations.
All services and maintenance must be carried out by a licensed mechanical workshop.
The cost of the service is your responsibility and not payable by this Warranty.
Please keep a record of your Truck’s service history by means of the Service Invoice. Ensure it shows the date and odometer reading for each time your Truck is serviced. Proof of Truck Service Invoice and Maintenance history if you claim under this Warranty.
If you exceed the service requirements intervals by more than 30 days or 1,000 kilometres, whichever occurs first, your Warranty becomes inactive, and it may affect your entitlement to make a claim under this Warranty.
TRANSFERRING THE WARRANTY
If you sell the truck you can apply to transfer this Warranty to a new owner, provided the transfer occurs within
7 days of the date of sale or transfer of ownership of the truck. It is important to follow these steps to successfully transfer the Warranty
| TOWING | We will reimburse you up to $100 per claim for towing charges reasonably incurred, if your Truck is unable to be safely driven. |

| ACCOMMODATION | We will reimburse you up to $150 per day up to the maximum Claim Limit listed below for accommodation paid by you and reasonably incurred, if the Truck is immobilised for more than 1 day and the failure occurs more than 100 kilometres from your usual place of residence. |
| QUALITY GUARANTEE | All repairs to Listed Components by us will be covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the Warranty Term. |
| EXCESS | There is no excess applicable to this product. |
| CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGE | If another Listed Component suffers a Failure as a consequence of the Original Failure we will approve up to the claim limit listed below. |
