The Motor Vehicle Level 5 Warranty
The Nissan Level 5 Warranty is designed to provide assistance with the cost of repair or replacement of certain Listed Components of your car, due to a Breakdown or Failure with a per claim limit of up to $8000 and the added advantage of unlimited kilometres and unlimited claims.
WARRANTY OPTIONS AVAILABLE
Absolute Level 3
Vehicles 10 years and under that have travelled less than 140,000 kilometres
You are covered for the repair costs for Breakdown or Failure to the components and parts that were originally covered by the Manufacturer’s Warranty
Coverage: Australia wide

Other Listed Components – $8000

We will reimburse you up to $150 per day up to the maximum Claim Limit listed below for accommodation paid by you and reasonably incurred, if the Vehicle is immobilised for more than 1 day and the failure occurs more than 100 kilometres from your usual place of residence.
We will reimburse you up to $100 per day up to the maximum Claim Limit listed below for car hire paid by you and reasonably incurred, if the Vehicle is immobilised for more than 2 days. Please note: This coverage includes commercial car hire only and, will require a valid tax invoice from the car hire company. This coverage
If another Listed Component suffers a Failure as a consequence of the Original Failure we will approve up to $500 per claim.
No Excess
If you sell the vessel you can apply to transfer this Warranty to a new owner, provided the transfer occurs within 7 days of the date of sale or transfer of ownership of the vessel. It is important to follow these steps to successfully transfer the Warranty
30 days
If you cancel your Warranty on or before 30 days of the Purchase Date and no benefits have been paid out you will receive a full refund of the premium paid.
Period of Cover
Commencement:
Day 1 cover if no Dealer Warranty; or
the expiry of any Manufacturer’s Warranty; or
the date that the Selling Dealer’s Statutory Warranty expires; or
90 days from warranty purchase (if a private sale)
Service Requirements
Absolute Level 3
To maintain your Warranty, you are required to service your Vehicle in accordance with the Vehicle Manufacturer’s directions and recommendations. All services and maintenance must be carried out by a licensed mechanical workshop.
