You have the comfort of knowing that if you change your mind, you can cancel your product within the first 30 days and receive a full refund, provided no claims have been made.
If you cancel your Warranty after 30 days of the Purchase Date but before the commencement date listed on your Schedule and have had no benefits paid out, you will receive a full refund of the premium paid.
If you cancel your Warranty after 30 days of the Purchase Date and after the commencement date listed on your Schedule you will receive a pro-rata refund based on the number of full unexpired days of cover remaining, less the cost of any accepted claim and an administration fee.

The expiry of the manufacturers warranty
Expiry of the dealers statutory government warranty
or day 1 if no warranty applied
TRANSFERRING THE WARRANTY
If you sell the horse float, you can apply to transfer this Warranty to a new owner, provided the transfer occurs within 7 days of the date of sale or transfer of ownership of the Vehicle

The Horse Float Plus Level 1 – 4yr Warranty is designed to provide assistance with the cost of repair or replacement of certain Listed Components of your Horse Trailer including living quarters appliances, due to a Breakdown or Failure.

SERVICE REQUIREMENTS
To maintain your Warranty, you are required to service your Horse Float at regular intervals.
Your Horse Float must be serviced every 12 months. All services and maintenance must be carried out by a qualified service agent.
The cost of the service is your responsibility and not payable by this Warranty. Please keep a record of your service history by means of the Service Invoice.
Integrity will require proof of Service Invoice and Maintenance history if you claim under this Warranty.
If you exceed the service requirements intervals by more than 30 days your Warranty becomes inactive, and it may affect your entitlement to make a claim under this Warranty.
