The Caravan + Appliance Level 3 Warranty
The Caravan + Appliance Level 3 Warranty is designed to provide assistance with the cost of repair or replacement of certain Listed Components of your Caravan, due to a Breakdown or Failure.

The Warranty covers components and parts as covered by the original Manufacturer’s Warranty.
Air conditioning, entertainment unit, fridge, floor heating, hot water unit, microwave, pressure pump, reverse camera, solar panel, step pull out, stove / rangehood, TV / DVD, washing machine / dryer
Coverage: Australia wide
Per claim limit: $10,000
Water Ingress: $1000
Living quarters per claim limit: $1000
Unlimited Claims
Benefit Limit: Up to $100.00 per claim Integrity will reimburse you up to $100 per claim for towing charges reasonably incurred, if your Caravan is unable to be safely towed by your vehicle.
Up to $500 per claim Reimburse up to $150 per day up to the maximum Claim Limit listed below for accommodation paid by you and reasonably incurred, if the Caravan is immobilised for more than 1 day and the failure occurs more than 100 kilometres from your usual place of residence.
All repairs to Listed Components by the warranty company will be covered by this Warranty for the remainder of the Warranty Term.
No Excess
Up to $350 per claim If another Listed Component suffers a Failure as a consequence of the Original Failure we will approve up to the claim limit listed below.
If you sell the Caravan you can apply to transfer this Warranty to a new owner, provided the transfer occurs within 7 days of the date of sale or transfer of ownership of the Caravan. It is important to follow these steps to successfully transfer the Warranty
30 days
If you cancel your Warranty on or before 30 days of the Purchase Date and no benefits have been paid out you will receive a full refund of the premium paid.

Service Obligations
Caravan Plus Level 3
To maintain your Warranty, you are required to service your Caravan at regular intervals. Your Caravan must be serviced every 12 months.
All services and maintenance must be carried out by a qualified caravan service agent.
The cost of the service is your responsibility and not payable by the Warranty.
If you exceed the service requirements intervals by more than 30 days your Warranty becomes inactive, and it may affect your entitlement to make a claim under this Warranty.

Quick Facts – Caravan C2 Appliance
You are covered against the failure of the mechanical Covered Components that would have been covered by the original Manufacturer’s Warranty if it had not expired.
Fridge, stove, rangehood, microwave, air conditioner, hot water unit, pressure pump, TV & DVD, suspension, floor heating, solar panel, TV antenna, washer/dryer, step & slide outs, reverse camera, stereo unit.
Coverage: Australia wide
Per claim limit: $10,000
Water Ingress: $1000
Living quarters per claim limit: $1000
Unlimited Claims
Maximum claim limit – $120,000
Reimbursement up to the Benefit Limit for towing charges in the event of a covered mechanical breakdown where your Caravan is unable to be quickly mechanically repaired or safely driven to an Approved Repairer.
Reimbursement up to the Benefit Limit for emergency accommodation, arrangements and costs in the event of a covered major Caravan breakdown where you are more than 400 km’s from your registered residence and the covered breakdown takes more than 48 hours
All repairs to Covered Components authorised by the warranty company prior to the commencement of repairs will be covered by the Mechanical Breakdown Warranty for the remaining period of cover.
No Excess
You must provide the above and request to transfer the Mechanical Breakdown Warranty in writing to Us within 7 days of the change of ownership
of the Caravan.
30 Days
You may cancel this Mechanical Breakdown Warranty for any reason within 30 days from the Application Date. Refund the Premium paid, less any taxes or duties
Period of Cover
Commencement:
Coverage will commence at the end of any statutory or manufacturer’s warranty period or 90 days if a private sale
Service Obligations
Caravan C2 Appliance
You must maintain a regular servicing in accordance with the Maintenance Schedule contained in this document with a qualified service agent at intervals:
Caravan: At intervals not to exceed 12 months or 10,000 kilometres from the Cover Commencement Date, whichever occurs first. An allowance of no more than 30 days or 500 kilometres beyond the stated intervals will be accepted.
Appliance: You must have the Appliance serviced as per the manufacturer’s requirements.
